Shipping policy

Free shipping is included on all orders within Europe. For orders outside Europe, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your rug. Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges imposed by your country's customs authority are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. CREPA is not responsible for any delays or additional fees caused by customs clearance.
