All CREPA rugs are handcrafted and made to order. As custom-made goods, they are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work to find a solution.
